Bước 1: Mở file cần khoá → Chọn File
Bước 2: Chọn Info → Chọn Protect Document → Chọn Encrypt with Password
Bước 3: Nhập Password → OK
Lưu ý: Nếu muốn bỏ Password đi thì để trống rồi OK
